Each hat is hand-embellished with precision. Every crystal, pearl, or stone is individually placed and secured using the highest-grade professional adhesive available. Each hat is crafted through hours of detailed placement and inspection yet due to the nature of handwork and natural wear, an occasional stone may loosen over time.

We stand by the craftsmanship of our work and offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all embellished hats. If any stones or embellishments come loose within one year of your purchase, you may ship the hat back to us, and we will restore or replace the missing embellishments free of charge.

Please Note:

• This warranty applies exclusively to the loss or detachment of embellishments from normal wear.
• It does not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, exposure to excessive moisture or heat, or third-party alterations.
• Customers are responsible for shipping the item to our studio; return shipping after restoration will be covered by Hats LA.
